To place an order
Please email or fax all orders to our studio on an Alee & Press order form or your own purchase order. Detailed emails are also accepted with order specifications. fax. 404.935.0980 | firstname.lastname@example.org
Orders will be processed within 2 business days & you will be contacted if additional information is needed or there are questions about your order.
Please email all body text for each piece to email@example.com. Be sure to indicate capital letters, punctuation and return address information.
A digital pdf proof will be sent via email within 3-5 business days after your order has been processed. If you are making special request design changes to the design your order will be processed within 2 business days and you will be contacted with a day in which you will receive your digital proof. Please note that additional time may be added to the printing process depending on the requested changes. Once you receive the proofs read them word by word and be sure to double check all names, places, addresses, dates, and wording. Once a proof has been signed and faxed back to us, Alee & Press is not responsible for any errors that were not detected by the customer during the proofing process. If there are any changes that need to be made to the proof contact us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or via fax at 404.935.0980. We are happy to discuss over the phone but we must also receive changes via fax or email. We will make the specified changes and promptly send a second & third proof. Any additional changes thereafter are $50 per change. Orders cannot be processed until a signed proof has been provided.
Wedding, Baby & Correspondence:
Processing order: 1-2 days
Proofs: 3-5 business days after your order has been processed
Order will ship: 2-3 weeks after signed proof
Please note that the time of year may increase the time your invitations take to be ready. You will be notified upon placing your order if this is the case. Once a signed proof is received we will contact you within 2-3 days with an estimated ship date. Please notify us asap if you have a rush order.
If an order is cancelled before a proof is approved 50% of your total order will be refunded. If a proof has been signed, you will be billed according to costs incurred.
Rush orders are available. If we can fit the order into our schedule there will be no additional charge. Orders requiring a 1 week turnaround from approval of proof may be subject to a 50% upcharge. Rush orders may be suspended during peak seasons. Please notify us before or when placing the order so we can help expedite the process.
Your order will be shipped via FedEx Ground unless expedited shipping has been specified on your order form. Tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.
Delivery & Errors
Once your order is delivered, please check the contents of your box thoroughly. If there are any errors in your order, you must contact us within 5 business days of delivery. If Alee & Press did NOT make the error, and the order must be reprinted, you will be billed again for the order, less a 20% discount for reprinting. If Alee & Press makes an error on you order, we will correct it at no charge and ship as quickly as possible. You must notify us of any errors within 5 days upon receipt of the order.
Custom Items and Design Changes | 3 free proofs
Each additional revision is subject to a $50 charge per round. Prices available upon request.
We will source any special materials needed. Additional fees may apply depending on the cost of material.
Alee & Press will supply 10% extra envelopes with every order. This will allow for addressing errors.
Alee & Press is NOT responsible for lost packages.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are unsatisfied with our product for any reason within our control, please let us know and we will offer an exchange or refund (refunds not available on design services or custom ordered materials). Due to the nature of lettepress, slight variations and irregularities are to be expected. Please note that we hand mix our inks and slight variations can occur from batch to batch.
